My Story

I was born in Abidjan and moved to Montreal at the age of 8 with my immediate family due to the civil war plaguing the country.

Passionate about human potential, law and personal development, I am animated by the desire to better the legal culture, optimize team performances and support businesses in reaching new heights.

I have pursued studies in Psychology, after which I graduated from McGill University’s Faculty of Law with a Bachelor of Civil Law, a Bachelor of Laws and a Specialization in East Asian Studies.

Our clients want to make a change in their practice and move up the corporate ladder. They want to see their organizations and the structures they work within evolve. They are often not sure how to make it happen or have had many disappointing trials. They now are ready to reach their goals, create peak performances and invest in a game plan that will result in lasting improvements inshAllah.

By working with me, you are partnering up with a coach who understands the challenges of your legal practice, is sensitive to your cultural background and has experience working in various legal environments.

It will be an honour for me to meet you. It is time to turn your aspirations into reality.

« At first, when the word ‘‘coaching’’ is heard, you may reckon that it’s a simple one-on-one session where someone is solely giving you advice that may or may not help you. However, Nour isn’t there to just be a person who replies to your doubts. From the first session, Nour has given me the safespace I’ve always yearned for: a place where my inner thoughts and struggles feel comfortable to come out. She has slowly but surely given me the pieces I needed to get back up. »
